Advertisements Designed By Us
Ad copy must be typewritten, or as plain text on disk.
Original photos, art or digital output must be submitted (no photocopies accepted).
Artwork for ads (designed by us) is FREE with your signed booking order.
A colour proof will be supplied of advertisement for approval.
Advertisements will not be placed in guide unless approval & payment is received by January 31st, 2012, or with prior arrangements.
ADS PAID IN FULL WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF APPROVAL RECEIVED (prior to November 30th, 2011) SAVE 5%!
Materials will be returned to advertisers (if requested), after printing is completed.
Advertising Requirements
Advertisements will not be accepted without a signed booking order, or written consent by email or fax.
Changes will be ONLY be accepted by fax, e-mail or regular mail (not by telephone).
Motorcycle Tour Guide Nova Scotia reserves the right to refuse any advertisement which it deems inconsistent with the overall focus of the tour guide.
Supplied artwork that does not conform to specifications will not be accepted.
The publishers cannot guarantee specific placement other than cover positions.
All other ads will be placed within their general location areas.
Artwork Supplied On Disk
Digital files ONLY • No film will be accepted.
We accept Macintosh format: Quark Xpress, Illustrator or Photoshop files.
PC files are accepted only if saved as EPS, TIFF or High Quality JPEG with all fonts converted to curves, in CMYK format.
Placed images, fonts and a laser proof must be submitted. Colour ads must be in CMYK (RGB files not accepted).
Photos should be scanned at a minimum 300 pixels per inch at 100% final size for best results.
