Win a 2016 Kawasaki 650! Kawasaki Canada, in partnership with local dealer G Bourque, are teaming up with ATLANTICADE 2016 to battle breast cancer.

Organizers are planning a “lady’s night” themed event on Friday, June 24th with “Bikers Battle Breast Cancer” as the focus for the evening. Details surrounding the event are still being worked on but festival chairman Dale Hicks can confirm that Kawasaki Canada through their local dealer G Bourque will be donating a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan 650 as the major door prize of the night.

The three-hour event will feature live entertainment and a beer garden with opportunities to make a donation to the fight against “breast cancer”. Those who donate will be given a chance to win a variety of door prizes throughout the evening with the final grand prize draw being the motorcycle which is valued at close to $9,000.

“We are still working on the details of the event but are very excited that Kawasaki Canada and G Bourque are stepping forward with this offer to generate some donations and excitement that night” says Hicks.

“We are very pleased to be able to support both ATLANTICADE and the ‘Bikers Battle Breast Cancer’ night by donating this motorcycle in support of the fundraising efforts” stated dealer owner Gilles Bourque.

This event is part of a three-night series of outdoor concerts taking place in a parking lot adjacent to Main St. in downtown Moncton from 9 pm to midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Admission to all three evening events will be free with the Thursday night offering being open to the general public as part of the downtown Main Street party. However, the Friday and Saturday segments will be limited to registered participants. More details will be announced soon regarding each evening event.

G Bourque will also play host to the popular “Atlanticade Burn-out Competition” on Saturday afternoon starting at 2pm onsite at the dealership, which is also open to the general public.
